Writing about the Continental Sport Contact 2 given 99% (225-45-17-W)
Driving on mostly motorways for 16000 average miles
Bought these when I had covered 78,000 miles and the car is now on 94,000 miles and they are down to approx 6.4mm.

Albeit they are on the front of a rear wheel drive car but at this rate im looking at a minimum of 30k and maximum of over 40k use from these tyres which at 130 quid fitted in RFT is excellent value for money.

Dry and wet grip fantastic, very progressive and comfortable.

Will buy these again.

Lasted 22k on a rear wheel drive car, excellent in the dry and wet although a bit harsh but what run flat tyre isn't.

Writing about the Bridgestone Potenza RE050A Run Flat given 96% (225-45-17-W)
Driving on a combination of roads for 15000 average miles
Excellent tyres very comfortable and handles well in all conditions these lasted approx 15k and would have gone on longer if it were not for BMW's poor allignment that wears tyres unevenly as they were 6mm in the middle of the tread and 2.5mm on the outer edges of the front tyres when replaced.
