Toyota Aristo V300 Tyre Review Highlights

Writing about the Uniroyal Rainsport 3 given 100% (225-45-17-W)
Driving on mostly motorways for 1000 spirited miles
I had RS2 tyres on my previous cars. I found in the dry they were great and no other tyre could match it in the rain. Tried the new RS3 and am equally if not more impressed. When flooring from a standstill not many tyres can stick to the road like these. People complain about wear, I'd happily have a high wear rate knowing the car will stop / accelerate with minimal fuss. These tyres aren't expensive, stop complaining about wear. If you want long lasting tyres buy other brands with less percentage rubber. Uniroyal state these tyres are soft for a reason! I only wish they made these in 275/35/18!

Driving on a combination of roads for 10000 spirited miles
I have these fitted to a 485kW (650bhp) with 800Nm+ of torque rear wheel drive 2JZ-GTE powered car, and for the money they are extremely capable. In the dry there is minimal wheel spin from 2nd gear onwards, and I can confidently give it full power coming out of corners without it stepping out on me (unless specifically provoked) - Note, that this is dry behavior - in the wet they are not great - I have to be very careful in any gear as when it hits boost the tail will step out, even in 3rd (4 speed auto) at 100kph +
